§ Mr. Ness EdwardsI am fully in sympathy with the idea of exchanging television programmes with other European countries and I have had a full discussion with representatives of the Radio Industry Council. The practical aspects of any plan will require detailed examination by all authorities concerned, and I cannot commit myself as to the outcome.
