§ Mr. J. GriffithsA section corresponding to Section 159 in the Kenya Penal Code appears in the Nyasaland Penal Code but, so far as I have been able to trace, not elsewhere. No proceedings have been taken under it for the last 20 years. The Governor of Nyasaland has the question of the repeal of this Section under consideration. The Section does not apply in the case of an inter-racial legal marriage
