§ 60. Mr. Mitchisonasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he has now decided about the requisitioned land at Burton Wold, and, if so, to what effect.
Mr. T. WilliamsI have given formal notice under Section 85 of the Agriculture Act, 1947, to the owners of approximately 740 acres of the land under requisition giving them an opportunity to make representations on the proposal to purchase the land compulsorily. My final decision will be made in the light of any representations they may make.
