Mr. Joynson-Hicksasked the Minister of Health from what dates respectively is the restoration to take place of the national housing allocation to 200,000 houses annually, and the local authority's right to issue permits for private housebuilding on a ratio of one to four council-built houses.
§ Mr. BevanThe current programme is running at approximately this figure and will be so maintained in 1951 and 1952. As regards private building licences I would refer the hon.
