Mr. John Rodgersasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the non-availability of cement in the Sevenoaks rural district council area is seriously holding up the provision of houses; and since, in order to obtain future allocations of houses, those at present authorised must be completed within a certain period, what steps he proposes to take to make sufficient cement available.
