§ Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reports he has received from the Overseas Food Corporation on their plans for developing the 8,000 acres recently acquired in the Bahamas.
§ Mr. J. GriffithsThe Colonial Development Corporation have informed me of their proposals for developing this land. They intend to develop the production of the existing farm and to make it a centre from which production elsewhere on the islands can be expanded. The main products will include tomatoes, pineapple juice, citrus and dairy produce.
