Noel-BakerWhile the likelihood of the availability of labour had 73W to be examined carefully before work on the Fawley project could be authorised, I am glad to say that the company tell me that since construction started, there has been no holdup on account of labour, either because of the number of workers available or because of the quality of their work. The company is, in fact, very pleased with the progress that has been made, and as I have already said, construction is ahead of schedule.
