§ Mr. BottomleyNo. I am not prepared to advise my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer to exempt pirn winding machinery from the duties which were imposed under the Import Duties Act, 1932, for the protection of United Kingdom manufacturers of similar machinery.
