§ Sir S. CrippsI assume that the hon. Member refers to the restrictions on the transfer of funds during the first four years after emigration to Canada, since no restrictions exist on transfer to any other Commonwealth country. It would not be possible to give preferential treatment to the transfer of pensions so long as the overall restrictions remain necessary.
