§ Mr. Perkinsasked the Postmaster-General whether he will provide a public-telephone box for residents on Rockness Hill, Nailsworth, in view of the fact that the nearest boxes at Market Street, Nailsworth, and Horsley Post Office are over a mile distant in hilly country.
§ Mr. Ness EdwardsI regret that with the many claims on our limited resources I cannot undertake at present to provide a public telephone kiosk at Rockness Hill. The nearest existing kiosk is at Fountain Street, Nailsworth, which is less than three-quarters of a mile away by road.
