§ Mr. BevanI wrote to the Chairman of the Board because the Government wished them and all other public bodies to review their administration and to secure all practical economies. I sent similar letters to the Chairmen of all Joint Water Boards, Statutory Water Companies and Joint Sewerage Boards.
