§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerHouse coal supplies will continue to be allocated to merchants trading in Stoke-on-Trent, as in other similar areas in the Midland Region, mainly on the basis of the number of their registered consumers. As I said on 26th June, in reply to a Question by the hon. Member for Louth (Mr. Osborne), additional supplies are being made available for household use in the present coal year, and the city of Stoke-on-Trent will receive its fair share of all available house coal.
