§ Mr. Ness EdwardsEvery effort is being made to re-open this sub-Office. Meantime, in order to mitigate local inconvenience, arrangements have been made, as from Friday next, the 28th July, for a postal clerk to attend in the village for two hours on Fridays to pay pensions and allowances and to transact other Post Office business.
