§ 123. Mr. Gammansasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if, in view of the evidence which has now been submitted to him, he is prepared to remove every ban which prevents Mr. W. A. C. McNamee of the Buk it Mertajam Rubber Company from holding an appointment in any part of the Federation of Malaya.
§ Mr. J. GriffithsNo. The action taken against Mr. McNamee was in accordance with the Emergency Regulations now in force in the Federation of Malaya and on the evidence available to me I see no reason to intervene.
