§ Mr. J. P. L. Thomasasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the continued growth of the Belmont housing estate, Hereford, with a large child population, he is prepared to reconsider his decision not to alter the speed limit signs to include the road opposite this estate.
§ Mr. BarnesI have carefully reconsidered this matter, but I am still of the opinion that an extension of the speed limit is not justified.
