§ Mr. BarnesThe Transport Users' Consultative Committee for the London Area, which represents the area covered by the London Transport Executive, was appointed on 22nd February, 1950. The members were appointed for a period of three years. A list of members indicating the interests they represent was circulated with my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Edmonton (Mr. Albu) on 13th March, 1950, and I am sending the hon. Member a copy. Press notices were issued drawing attention to the appointment of the Committee.
