§ Mr. J. GriffithsThe draft of a comprehensive six-year development plan was published in Malaya last week. I would invite the attention of hon. Members to copies of this plan which have been placed in the Library of the House. The Federation Government has also decided to set up a Rural and Industrial Development Authority whose projects will, it is hoped, supplement the draft development plan.
