§ Mr. BottomleyThere is no reason for supposing that there is any appreciable sale of cotton and rayon utility fabrics not complying with the appropriate specifications. We are always prepared to consider complaints, and are at present investigating certain cases which have just been brought to our notice. If the necessary evidence is available in those cases, proceedings will be instituted.
