Mr. Garner-Evansasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, before acquiring land in North Wales, now held by the trustees of the Penrhyn Estate, in lieu of Death Duties, he will give an assurance that the tenants will be given an opportunity of purchasing their own holdings at a fair valuation.
