38. Mr. Garner-Evansasked the Minister of Health what progress has been made in planning a piped water supply for the Bwylchau district of Denbighshire; and at what date it is proposed to start work on the scheme.
§ Mr. BevanThe scheme is in an advanced stage of preparation and one of my inspectors is investigating it locally on 19th July. I am unable to say when work will commence.
