§ Mr. CallaghanNo. I consider that present arrangements are satisfactory. These provide for payment of compensatory allowances, when justified by higher price levels, to officers and men who are serving ashore in Commonwealth or foreign countries or who, though themselves are serving afloat, have their wives and families with them on the station.
