WilliamsI am taking all practicable steps consistent with the maintenance of reasonable standards, to achieve economical administration in the C.A.E.C. hostel service, while the number of hostel residents and hostels is being steadily reduced. The charge which may be made to residents is determined by Orders of the Agricultural Wages Board.
