§ Mr. BarnesI have appointed the Central Transport Consultative Committee and Transport Users Consultative Committees for Scotland, Wales and London. I hope shortly to announce the areas for which I propose to appoint Transport Users Consultative Committees in the6W remainder of England. These will include the area covering Lincoln.
