§ Mr. Ness EdwardsWhen a telephone subscriber owing an account has removed, other subscribers with whom he has had substantial telephone contact may be approached for assistance in ascertaining his new address if other methods have failed. The precise reason for the approach should not be given, and I see no reason to stop the procedure.
