§ Mr. EdeMy officers investigated this case last week. The information available to me indicates that there was an error of judgment in placing this child, despite the anxiety of the authority to secure his welfare. I am satisfied, however, that there was full co-operation between the two authorities in exercising close supervision over the child, who was also receiving medical attention.
