§ Mr. IsaacsThe numbers of reported fatal accidents due to falls from scaffolding used in building operations (including working platforms, gangways and runs) were 49 in 1947, 52 in 1948 and 36 in 1949. The corresponding figures of nonfatal accidents were 591, 710 and 906 respectively.
