Darlingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what provision is made for the use of the 10 per cent. allocation, or any balance of it, for privately built houses, when it is not taken up by miners, teachers, persons of ill-health, spare-time builders or those living in unfit houses in any specific area.
Mr. McNeilAny houses not taken up will remain part of the local authority's allocation of houses to be built for letting.
