§ Mr. Ness EdwardsLocal staff consultation is proceeding and for the present it is not possible to give a definite answer to the hon. Member's question, but I hope that many towns will be enjoying the new facilities early in the New Year. Notice of their introduction will be given locally. In London, two collections are to be provided. The first of these will be full; the second in common with the collection to be provided in provincial towns, will be made on a selective basis.
