Farrar, of 74 Rawcliffe Lane, Clifton, York, a dental surgeon under the National Health Service, has been for five years an unsuccessful applicant for a telephone; that the operation of the National Health Service in this neighbourhood is being prejudiced by this failure on the part of the Post Office; and what action he now proposes to take to remedy this situation.
