§ Mr. StracheyTwenty officers of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who were previously in the Royal Engineers, Royal Army Service Corps or Royal Army Ordnance Corps, have been promoted to the rank of colonel or above since the beginning of 1946. Five of these previously served in the Royal Engineers, one in the Royal Army Service Corps and 14 in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
