§ 79. Mr. H. A. Priceasked the Minister of Health whether he will introduce legislation to simplify the procedure by which Metropolitan Borough Councils have to obtain approval of their housing schemes, at various stages, from the London County Council and which is causing considerable delay.
§ Mr. BevanNegotiations are proceeding between the London County Council and the Metropolitan Boroughs Standing Joint Committee. I cannot say yet whether legislation will be necessary.
