§ 27. Mr. N. Macphersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, in view of the restoration of the cut in the housing programme, to what extent he will now permit the resumption of private building.
Mr. McNeilI am keeping the position with regard to private building under review, but I have at present nothing to add to the statement which I made on 29th March in reply to the hon. Member for Springburn (Mr. Forman).
