Mr. Baker Whiteasked the Minister of Town and Country Planning why a permit has been granted for the building of a dwelling house on a plot of land situated in Giles Lane, Canterbury, when, prior to the sale of the land, his Department had stated that this area was scheduled as a green belt and that no further building would be permitted.
§ Mr. DaltonThis permission was granted by the Kent County Council as the local planning authority. No communication with my Department took place and no statement was made by them.
