§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerA temporary reduction has been made in the supplies given to merchants who deal with the so-called colliery landsale depots in North Staffordshire. I hope the reduction will only last for two weeks. Its purpose was to give their fair share of coal to merchants who draw their supplies from railway depots.
