§ 118. Mr. Leatherasked the Minister of National Insurance whether, in view of the fact that great hardship is being caused to many ex-miners who left the industry before the passing of the Industrial Insurance Act, because of the five-year limitation within which they must apply for compensation, except in a few cases, she will take steps to remove that limitation.
