Mrs. Hillasked the Minister of Food if he is aware that there are institutions in the country which produce large numbers of eggs which they are forced to send to the packing stations, while the patients then are given eggs which are definitely not new laid, supplied through the packing stations; and if he will allow these institutions to supply their patients with the eggs produced on their own premises.
§ Mr. WebbWhen institutions keep poultry we do in fact allow them to use the eggs they produce. If the hon. Member will let me have details of the cases to which she refers, I will gladly look into them.
