StraussAfter discussion with the Economic Co-operation Administration mission in London it was agreed that my Department could best use the services of the Office of Small Business by providing for its use, details of the type of commodities bought or likely to be bought with Marshall Aid dollars and of the channels through which purchases are made. This information has accordingly been made available for dissemination by the Office of Small Business throughout the United States.
