§ Mr. Henderson Stewartasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when it is intended to begin the housing survey in Scotland; by whom the survey will be undertaken; what facts are to be ascertained; whether special attention will be paid to the condition of ploughmen's cottages; and when the results of the survey will be made public.
Mr. McNeilI propose shortly to consult the associations of Scottish local authorities about the scope and timing of the survey.
