WilliamsI am aware that certain proposals as to the future of the Heath Estate, Cardiff, are under discussion, but I understand that, even if agreed, they would not affect the allotment holders for some considerable time. The interests of the allotment holders will of course be kept in mind when the proposals are being considered.
