§ Mr. W. EdwardsOne man, a welder by trade, has been sent on special leave with pay from Rosyth Dockyard in the last two years for reasons arising from the policy of His Majesty's Government concerning the employment of members of the Communist Party or of Fascist organisations, or of persons associated with either, in such a way as to raise legitimate doubts about their reliability.
