§ Mr. BarnesYes. My technical officers are consulting with the local authorities, the police and the motoring organisations with a view to minimising traffic difficulties during the Festival of Britain. A special scheme of temporary traffic signs in the Metropolitan area is in preparation. I am also preparing further guidance to local authorities with regard to street name plates.
