§ 69. Mr. Astorasked the Minister of Transport whether he will now consider amending the law restricting utility vehicles to a permanent speed limit of 30 m.p.h.
§ Mr. BarnesI am not opposed in principle to a concession to utility vehicles other than those used wholly or mainly as goods carrying vehicles which ought not in my view to be exempted from the 30 m.p.h. speed limit. The difficulty is to produce a workable definition and I am trying to find one.
