§ Mr. Swinglerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will introduce legislation to amend the Finance Act, 1894, so as to empower Customs officers to act as agents for the Principal Probate Registry in dealing with estates not exceeding £2,000 in gross value, instead of £500 as at present.
