§ 82. Brigadier Raynerasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the Kingsbridge Rural District Council, having collected, baled, and sorted 30 tons of waste paper, cannot now find a buyer for it; and what action he proposes to take to implement his various orders on waste paper collection and disposal in view of the fact that this situation obtains in many local authority areas.
