§ Mr. KeyThe Tower of London is a place of residence and a military barracks as well as a show-place. Sunday provides the residents and the garrison with a much needed relief from visitors. Moreover, Sunday opening would create86W serious staffing difficulties. I do not feel that it would be right to interfere with this long standing arrangement.
