asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what declarations for tax purposes are required from citizens of Eire coming to work in this country.

The ordinary Income Tax returns and, in addition where the visit is for the purpose of temporary work only, a declaration of the dates and periods of employment in this country since the preceding 6th April, with the names and addresses of employers during each period. For Customs purposes the same declarations are required as from any other persons entering this country.
