§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Education if he will inquire into the case, details of which have been submitted to him, of a graduate teacher of London University who in 1941 was directed by the Ministry of Labour to take a reserved post for the duration in the Ministry of Supply, which prevented her from joining the Women's Auxiliary Territorial Service, as she applied to do in 1942, and who has now been informed that she will not be eligible for teacher's superannuation since 1941, as her service with the Ministry of Supply is not regarded as war service in the same way that service with the Women's Forces would have been.
