§ Mr. BottomleyI would refer the hon. Member to the statement made by my right hon. Friend on 29th September about import relaxations. Books were included in the list of commodities for which open general licences have been issued. The open general licences extend to imports from all countries other than those on the list circulated with the statement in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
