§ Mr. M. MacPhersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what progress has been made in the Highland Development Area since its inception.
§ Mr. Woodburn:Progress has been made in the selection of sites for industrial development, and in work to improve basic services. In particular, water and drainage works to the value of £452,000 are proceeding and the Affric and Fannich Hydro-Electric schemes have made substantial progress.
