asked the Minister of Works how much his Department is leasing of the office block about to be erected on the site at the corner of New Oxford Street and Earnshaw Street in the Borough of Holborn; and how much and what area will be available for other occupants

My Ministry is taking a lease of the whole of the office block to be erected at the corner of New Oxford Street and Earnshaw Street. The whole building is needed for Government staff in order that requisitioned property may be released.
